We were scammed for over $2,500.00 from this guide. Flew to Alaska from Washington to find out that our Prepaid, 4 days/5 nights fishing trip was non-existant. Mr. Jackson did not even own a boat, and did not possess a Fishing Guide License. He had been arrested in May 2006 for an Illegal Bear Bait Station. We have pressed charges against Wally Dean Jackson, Sarah Jackson and WABA Outdoors.

took $5000 from us, then we got an email from jackson three weeks before we were supposed to arrive, saying dont come! too late to get refund on our airline tickets so another $5000 lost. He is just a thief!!!

Went twice: first time was kind of a bust for salmon, but Dean hooked us up with a bunch of his own. We slayed the Halibut both years. Dean set us up in his own house, and his wife even cooked us dinner once.
Dean was a great guide: sarcastic, witty, intelligent and fish savvy. Had the time of my life!
