Game Quality	okay	Comments If you want a outfitter who can't keep his hunt dates, or prices straight, than this outfitter is for you. I will never hunt with, or recommend this outfitter ever again. HORRIBLE!!

Game Quality	excellent	Comments I've hunt with UCO three times and finally got the bull (340") I wanted. I have passed on at least 20 bulls while hunting with Lee. The Georgia man was in camp with me and God only knows his elk hunting days were over years ago. No doubt this was a booking agent snafu. Sorry...sour grapes.

Game Quality	excellent	Comments I have hunted with Ute Creek in 2007 and harvested a trophy 350 class bull elk and in 2008 I hunted mule deer and harvested a great trophy buck. Lee and his staff work hard to get you on trophy animals. I'm not the fittest person but I was accomodated and everyone worked hard for me. Great experience and I'm coming back for antelope next season.

Game Quality	excellent	Comments I've hunted with Ute Creek three times and have harvested two bulls. The first bull I harvested was a rag horn. I didn't show any disappointment but Lee was. In fact he offered and insisted that I come in 2008 to hunt FREE of charge. How many people do you know would give you a free hunt because the outfitter wasn't satisfied. This tells you exactly what kind of an outfit Lee runs and why he has clients returning as often as they do. Moreover, I one of those return customers who will continue to return as long as my body holds and my dedication to hunting elk.

Game Quality	excellent	Comments A fantastic hunt with a group of professional outdoorsmen. Lee knows and has been in the business for years what trophy elk hunting should be. The ranch, Rio Costilla Park Ranch has plenty of trophy class elk. Though I held out till the last day of the hunt to finally take a great 300+ bull, I passed over 30 mature bulls. This is an excellent outfit and an excellent ranch.

Game Quality	excellent	Comments I harvested a great bull out of a blind in a small secluded meadow opening evening. He walked out of the timber at 50 yards and I shot him at 85. I don't have the physical abilities I had 20 years ago but Lee recognized that and tailored a hunt just for me. The blind was a great opportunity. The guides and staff are great and our hunting party had the time of thier life. The rut was in full swing. Just amazing.

Game Quality	excellent	Comments My first elk hunt turned out to be the greatest hunting experience of my life. I took a great bull and my guide Miguel was just fantastic. I took my bull in a large meadow that was just over run with rut activity. If you've never seen the elk rut; brother you have to experience it at least once in your life. I was a bit concerned about the cost of the hunt as it was a bit more than I wanted to pay. But after the 2nd day and killing my bull I would have paid twice as much if I knew what I was about to get into. Of eight clients in camp I harvested the largest. All eight killed thier bulls early with the exception of my buddy who held out for Mr. Big and finally got a good bull on the 4th day. You can't go wrong with these guys. Lee runs a first class operation and his staff of guides are 2nd to none. The food Sam served was great and the Rio Costilla is breath taking. Wow! Thanks Lee and I'll definately be back.
